Our central distribution centre stocks over 2,600 product lines, supported by capacity for 5000 pallet spaces across our wider storage network. Working alongside trusted third-party logistics (3PL) partners, we efficiently manage both day-to-day orders and bulk requirements for larger items. This flexible approach enables consistent performance without being constrained by a single warehouse footprint.
All orders are processed through our semi-automated warehouse management system, incorporating structured picking and checking procedures with barcode scanning technology and experienced warehouse oversight. We also provide in-house PPE personalisation, including embroidery and heat transfer application, allowing us to deliver site-ready PPE with precise attention to detail.
We currently achieve a 96.3% Delivered On Time, In Full (DOTIF) rate, giving customers confidence that materials will arrive as expected. In addition, 91% of deliveries are completed using our own fleet, providing greater control over handling, and reducing the risk of damage. For orders placed before 5pm, next-working-day delivery is available via our own vehicles, ensuring the right products get to the right place, at the right time.

Opening Times
If you need to be on site with your kit the same day, we’ve got you covered. Pre-paid orders can be collected Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 5:00pm, from our central distribution centre in Pershore, Worcestershire. On arrival, simply head to our collection desk with your order number and your items will be with you in no time.
