At Lapwing, we know how important it is to get the right tools to the right place—at the right time. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver.

Standard Delivery

Order before 5pm (Mon–Fri) and we’ll dispatch your order the same day for next-working-day delivery.* Whether it’s tools, consumables or PPE, we’ll get it to you quickly—unless a longer lead time is stated.*While we work hard to keep everything on track, there are rare occasions where things don’t go to plan—if that happens, we’ll always act quickly to put it right and keep you updated every step of the way.

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery on orders over £150 (net)
• Orders under this threshold are subject to a £9.95 delivery charge
• Bulk or pallet deliveries are charged at cost, based on weight, size, and delivery location
• Direct-from-manufacturer items may carry their own delivery fee—please ask if unsure

How We Deliver

Over 85% of our deliveries are handled by our own friendly drivers using Lapwing vehicles. For longer-distance or specialist items, we use trusted pallet networks, parcel couriers or direct-from-supplier shipping.
