Leotak is a high-performance, cold-applied bitumen emulsion designed to provide excellent adhesion between existing road surfaces and new asphalt overlays. Its rapid-setting, stiky formulation ensures a uniform thin film even on damp surfaces, making it ideal for patching, overlaying, and inlaid work.
